TSP Solver — Metaheuristics
Implemented and compared multiple optimization heuristics (Variable Neighborhood Search, Simulated Annealing, Greedy) for the Traveling Salesman Problem, exposed through a Flask web application.
Hadoop Cluster — MovieLens 32M
Set up a 3-machine Hadoop cluster (1 NameNode + 2 DataNodes) and implemented 8 MapReduce jobs in Java/Python to process a large-scale dataset, in a team setting.
Emotion & Stress Detection — ML & Transformers
Full system for detecting 28 emotion classes and binary stress from text. Compares LinearSVC, BiLSTM, BERT and DistilBERT. 98% accuracy on stress detection. History stored in SQLite, deployed with Flask + React 19.
Darija NLP — Automatic Summarization
Fine-tuned AraT5V2 on GOUD-Sum dataset for automatic summarization of Moroccan Darija articles. Full-stack app: Angular 19 frontend, Node.js/Express backend, Flask inference service.
DeepPneumonia — Chest X-Ray Classification
Binary pneumonia detection on chest X-rays using VGG16 Transfer Learning. 87.2% accuracy, 90.3% recall, 94% AUC. REST API with drag-and-drop web interface.
xAgriScan — Apple Disease Detection + AI
Apple leaf disease classifier (6 classes) using fine-tuned ResNet50. Generates automated agronomic treatment advice via Gemini Flash API. Supports single and batch image prediction.
Sales Dashboard — Big Data Streaming
Real-time sales analytics pipeline with simulated streaming architecture (event simulators + file/CSV polling). Data collector and live dashboard with SQL queries and calculated KPIs — fully built in Python.
Sales Management System — RAG Chatbot
Full-stack sales management and analysis platform with SQL analytical queries/KPIs and an AI chatbot based on RAG architecture. Java/Spring Boot backend, React frontend, Python AI service.

I am a final-year (3rd year) Engineering student at ENSA Khouribga, specializing in Data Engineering and AI. I design end-to-end data pipelines, formulate and solve optimization problems (Mixed Integer Linear Programming, metaheuristics), train and fine-tune Deep Learning models (87% accuracy on medical imaging), and build RAG-based conversational agents. I am actively seeking a PFE internship (4-6 months) to apply my skills in a real-world, data-driven environment.

PFA Internship — MaritimeFlow, Maritime Fleet Optimization
OCP Group, Khouribga
Built an AIS data pipeline (cleaning, segmentation of ~27,000 trips, 19-40M raw positions/month) with DBSCAN port clustering (500 clusters) and an Origin-Destination matrix (15,671 trips). Trained an ETA prediction model (LightGBM): MAE 34.5h, R²=0.72 on test set. Formulated a Mixed Integer Linear Program (MILP) combined with an ALNS metaheuristic for fleet routing, then built a discrete-event simulation (SimPy) to benchmark the optimized policy against the existing practice.
